AERIAL DRONE SURVEYS AND PHOTOGRAPHY

Aerial photography and video show what can't be seen from the ground: roof condition, site ayout, scaffold progress and the full scale of a project. Every flight is planned around the site, the airspace and the people on the ground.

Grade II Listed building roof restoration project.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Roof and building condition surveys

  • Progress photography at regular intervals

  • Scaffolding documentation for contractors

  • Completed project photography for marketing

  • Aerial video for progress films and promotion

Barking Riverside: new homes taking shape, with roof trusses going on and the

next phase rising behind.

Tribeca: Aerial view of a large commercial development in King’s Cross, mid-construction.

SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE

CAA-registered operator. Every flight is planned in advance, with airspace checks, a site-specific risk assessment and a spotter where conditions call for one. Near power lines, flight paths or restricted zones, we coordinate with the relevant authorities before flying.

SEE IT IN ACTION

Restricted Airspace

Much of central London sits inside restricted airspace. I have flown with clearance from NATS, the CAA and police services, including within the Flight Restricted Zone, and I can handle that process for you.

WHO IT’S FOR

Contractors, scaffolding firms, housing providers, surveyors and property managers who need accurate, up-to-date aerial images without access equipment.

Need eyes on a roof or site?

Send me the address and I'll confirm airspace and availability.
