Barnet House – A £75 Million Transformation.
A construction project has a story to tell. At Barnet House in Whetstone, my aerial photography has helped document a £75 million redevelopment transforming a former office building into 260 affordable homes. The work has also received prominent recognition in AccessPoint Magazine, Issue 38 – Autumn 2026, with my photography featured on the cover and across the project feature on pages 16 and 17.
Documenting Progress from the Air.
Olaleye Media began documenting the Barnet House redevelopment from February 2026, capturing aeria photographs at key stages as the works progressed. The photographs show the changing site from the wider redevelopment and demolition activity in February, through the building's transformation by May, to the scaffold arrangement visible in July.

The Barnet House project was featured in AccessPoint Magazine, Issue 38 – Autumn 2026, the Scaffolding Association's 15th anniversary edition. Olaleye Media's aerial photography was selected for the magazine cover and featured across pages 16 and 17, bringing the project and its scaffolding work to a wider industry audience.
Engineering innovation at Barnet House.
One of the most interesting aspects of the Barnet House project is the scaffolding design. Griffin Scaffolding (London) Limited, working with Scaffold Designers Ltd, developed a cantilevered scaffold arrangement that allowed lower sections to be progressively removed while maintaining safe access and working platforms above.
The design involved more than 1,000 linear metres of internal beams and extensive propping. My aerial photography captures the scale of this complex arrangement and provides a valuable perspective on the engineering work taking place across the site.
